Tenders are invited for Supply of Carbon Steel Pipes and Fittings for General Use. Copy Price: JOD 58.00 Bid Bond Value: JOD 5,800.00 The bidder must submit complete copies of the tender documents on CDs and hard copies of the technical offer, in addition to the tender documents issued by the Arab Potash Company, printed as required. The Arab Potash Company is not obligated to award the tender, or to award it to the lowest price, and is not obligated to provide reasons or provide any compensation in the event of tender cancellation. If it is confirmed that the professional licenses, commercial registration, and classification submitted do not match the field of services and/or materials required in the tender, the submitted bid will be rejected for lack of competence. The commercial registration must be valid for at least one month before purchasing the tender documents. Please attach all official company phone numbers and email addresses for ease of communication when needed Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of (5,800.00) Jordanian dinars in a separate envelope in the form of a bank guarantee only, not a check issued and certified by a bank in Jordan. The bid submitted without a guarantee valid for a period of no less than (120) days from the bid closing date will not be considered. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the Arab Potash Company/Ghor Al Safi Tenders Department. No bids will be accepted before or after this date.
