Brussels Environment Wants To Conduct A Study Into The Presence Of Bird Populations In The Brussels -Capital Region. This Public Contract Is The Concrete Implementation Of The Monitoring Obligation For Bird Populations, As Stipulated In The Implementation Decree Of The Brussels Government Of 25/10/2018 (Decision Of The Brussels -Capital Government Concerning A Supervisory Schedule For The Monitoring Of The State Of Nature In The Brussels Capital Region). Thanks To This Monitoring, The Region Can Meet Reporting Obligations, Including Article 12 Of The Birds Directive, In Collaboration With The Flemish Region (Anb & Inbo) And The Walloon Region (Spw-Demna), For The Period 2019-2024. The Duties Of The Present Assignment Will Consist Of The Writing Of A Bird Atlas On The One Hand And On The Other Hand The Continuation Of The Ongoing Monitoring That Has Been Carried Out In The Entire Region Since 1992. This Makes It Possible To Detect Negative Or Positive Trends In The Bird Populations And To Divert Hypotheses Or Conclusions About The Causes Of These Annual Fluctuations. In 2021-2024, A Government Contract For The Updating Of The Vogelatlas Of The Brussels-Capital Region Was Carried Out (Government Contract 2020G0330). The Output Of That Assignment Is Updated Cartographic Data (On A Scale Of 1X1km) Of The Species That Are Present In The Brussels -Capital Region. These Tickets Can Now Be Consulted Via The Website Atlas-Oiseaux-Bruxelles.Be Bruxelles Environnement Souhaite Réaliser Une Étude Sur La Présence De Populations Doiseaux Dans La Région De Bruxelles-Capitale. Les Tâches Prévues Par Le Présent Marché Consisteront, Dune Part, À Publier Un Atlas Des Oiseaux Et, Dautre Part, À Poursuivre Le Monitoring Continu Qui Est Mené Dans Toute La Région Depuis 1992. Cela Permet De Détecter Les Tendances Négatives Ou Positives Dans Les Populations, Et The Déduire Of Hypothèses Ou Éventuilement Des Conclusions Sur Les Causes De Ces Fluctuations Annuelles. Un Marché Public Pour La Mise À Jour De Latlas Des Oiseaux De La Région De Bruxelles-Capitale A Été Exécuté And 2021-2024 (Marché Public 2020G0330). Le Résultat De Ce Marché Est Une Cartographie Actualisée (À Unne Échelle De 1X1km) Des Espèces Présentes And Région De Bruxelles-Capitale.
