The Tender Also Includes The Migration Of The Content From The Existing Application To The New Knowledge Database. We Welcome Applications From Providers Who Ideally Have Already Introduced A Knowledge Database In The Energy Supply Industry. The Aim Of The Software Solution Is To Enable Efficient And High -Quality Customer Care. In Direct Customer Contact, Rapid Provision Of Relevant Information Must Be Guaranteed. The System Should Be Designed For Use By Around 1,000 Users In The Group, Which Is Why Corresponding Scalability Is Required. The Availability Of The Knowledge Database Is Essential For Customer Contact, Operation And Support Must Be Guaranteed Accordingly. The Contract Is Scheduled For A Fixed Period Of 3 Years, With The Possibility Of Extension By First 2 Years And Then 1 More Year.
