Zero And Low -Emission Collective Transport (Buses) Of The National Plan Of Rebuilding And Increasing Charges. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented By The European Union Under The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Charges And Must Be Consistent With The Dnsh Principle (Do Not Cause Significant Damage).
