Secondary School Construction Work - Planning, Construction And Financing In The Context Of A Ppp. The State Capital Of Hanover Intends The Construction Of A 4-Way High School In The Bemerode District With A Three-Field Sports Hall, Outdoor Sports Areas And Outdoor Facilities. Planning, Construction And Financing And Maintenance Work Are Awarded For The Duration Of The Extended Warranty. The New Buildings Should Be Built Energetically Based On The Passive House Standard. The Tender Takes Place On The Basis Of A Functional Service Description. There Is Currently A Sports Field And A Shooting Sports Facility On The Future School Property With A Size Of Approx. 16,500 M2. The Demolition Of The Existing Buildings Is Part Of The Performance To Be Awarded. The Pressure Increase Station For Tap Water In The District Is Also Located On Lange-Hop-Straße. The Rifle House Is To Be Demolished As Part Of The Ppp Process, Dismantled The Pressure Increase Station And Rebuilt To A New Location Between The Stadtbahn And Emslandstrasse. There Is A Room Concept For The Measure To Be Implemented, Which Results In A Program Area Of Approx. 8,651 M² Gbg For School And Approx. 1,934 M² Bgf For The Three -Field Sports Hall. Additional Traffic Areas, Technology Areas And Functional Areas Must Also Be Supplemented When Planning. The Project Goal Is The Implementation Of The New Building Of The Bemerode Grammar School Until The End Of 2029. The Project Is To Be Realized In The So -Called Owner Model, In Which Ownership Lies With The Public Client Throughout The Entire Life Cycle. The Advertised Construction Work Includes The Turnkey And Functional Manufacture Of All Structures And Outdoor Facilities Including All Ancillary Facilities In Compliance With All The Rules To Be Observed For The Proper Operation Of The Facilities. In Addition To Functionality And Sustainability, Value Is Placed On The Architectural Quality And The Urban Development.
