The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Printing Equipment: Printers, Multifunctional Devices, Scanners And Photocopiers For Organizational Units Of The University Of Life Sciences In Wrocław. 2. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Document: Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. 3. The Concise Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Document: Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. 4. General Statements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 4.1 Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party In Parts, Based On Partial Orders Determining The Size And Material Scope Of The Ordered Subject Of The Contract. 4.2 The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract (All Modules/Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract) Should Be Understood: Transport, Delivery, Placement In The Indicated Location. In The Case Of Photocopiers, The Contractor Is To Complete And Start. 4.3 Planned Amounts Of Individual Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Are Indicated In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz). 4.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Quantitative And Quantity Shifts In Relation To The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Specified In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz) And In Annex 8 To Swz, Respectively, With The Proviso That The Total Value Of The Ordered Subject Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Amount Indicated As The Value Of The Gross Contract. 4.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From Part Of The Order By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract, And Thus The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Purchase The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of At Least 80% Of The Gross Contract Value.
