Document Management System - Purchase Of A Surgery System. The National Tax And Customs Administration (Hereinafter: Nav) Is Required To Contact The Parties Electronically In A Statutory Manner. During The Procedures, The Parties Use Electronic Signatures And Time Stamps. The Documents Thus Signed Are Stored By The Nav Until The End Of The Period Specified In The Statutory. It Is The Responsibility Of The Successful Tenderer To Implement A Overlapping System (Over Time Stamp) System (Hereinafter Referred To As Fhr) In The Customers Infrastructure To Ensure The Long -Term Maintenance Of The Authenticity Of These Documents. Nav Manages Electronically Signed Documents For More Than Ten Years. The Authenticity Of These Documents Is Valid For Up To 9 Years, As The Time Stamps Trust Service Provider Ensures The Validity Of The Rot Certificates Of The Time Stamp Publisher At The Maximum Time. If The Validity Of A Time Stamp Related To A Signature Or Document Expires Or The Cryptographic Algorithm Used In Time Stamping Is No Longer Safe, The Authenticity Of The Document Will Be Lost. To Resolve The Problem, Nav Plans To Overcome The Electronically Authenticated Documents, Which Means Placing Another Time Stamp On Each Document. As A Result Of The Above, It Was Necessary To Establish A Credibility Solution In The Nav Infrastructure To Ensure That The Operation Of The Legislation Is Ensured By The Office.
