Tendering Of The Agreement Of Food Service For Care Centers And Other Units In Albertslund Municipality. By Food Service Is Meant Food Production In The Suppliers Own Facilities For Delivery At Care Centers And Other Units In The Municipality. The Contracting Entity Has Two (2) Care Centers, Respectively. Albertshøj With Approximately 117 Residents, Of Which Daycare With A Maximum Of 30 Citizens Per Year. Day (Man - Fri) And 12 Rehabilitation Places As Well As The Bumblebees With About 50 Residents. The Residents Of Albertshøj Are Mainly Elderly Citizens And Citizens With A Disability. The Residents Of The Bumblebees Are Mainly Citizens With Dementia. Both Care Centers Have Receiving Kitchens And Limited Storage Facilities For Food, Cf. Contract Appendix 7 - Delivery Description. Therefore, Catering Can Not Be Produced For The Residents Of The Care Centers Locally At The Individual Care Center. The Contracting Entity Therefore Needs To Have The Food Delivered From The Outside, At Short Intervals, Which Are Currently Two (2) Times A Week. In Principle, The Agreement Relates To All Main Meals And Birets To The Care Centers, But Not Breakfast. The Other Units Of The Contracting Entities Can Apply The Agreement Under The Same Terms As The Care Centers Albertshøj And The Humlehusene.
