The Target Procurement Of The Procurement Is A System That Is Provided As A Saas Service For The Holistic Risk Management Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health For The Holistic Risk Management Of The State Administration Risk Management Instructions. In Accordance With The Risk Management Policy Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health And The Iso 31000 Standard, As Defined In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Subject And Scope Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes, In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement. The Agreement Agreement Is Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Supplier Shall Have The Right To Terminate The Contract In Whole Or In Part By The Notice Of Nine (9) Months, But Not Within Two (2) Years Of Signing The Contract. See.
