The Ministry Is Responsible For Renting, Managing, Decorating And Furnishing Office Space And The Representation Section Of Office Housing At The Foreign Service Stations. Both Building/Interior Projects And Furnishing Projects Of Different Sizes Are Designed And Implemented. In Construction/Interior Design Projects, The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Will Primarily Handle Programming And Sketch Phase, But Entrust The Actual Implementation/Execution Of The Project To Either Statsbygg Or A Local Project Manager/Contractor. The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Will Primarily Be The One Who Orders, Plans And Follows Up. The Phases Of A Construction/ Interior Project Can Be Anything From Programming To Completion And Handover To The Customer. In Furnishing Projects, The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Will Be Responsible For The Entire Project And The Phases Here Can Be Anything From Mapping And Needs Analyzes To On -Site Implementation. The Interior Architect Should Be Able To Participate In - And Assist With - The Various Phases Of The Projects, Where The Tasks Must Be Understood In Light Of The Role Of The Ud. A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Shall Have A Duration Of 2 Years From Signing. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Framework Agreement By Another Year At A Time Up To 2 Times (2+1+1). The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated At Nok 2 Million Excl. Vat. Per Year, And Will Amount To A Maximum Of Nok 10 Million Excl. Vat. For A Period Of Four Years. It Is Emphasized That This Is Only An Estimate. The Estimate Is Based On Experience Figures And Estimated Development. The Agreement Is Not Exclusive. The Customer Has A Right, But No Obligation, To Allocate Contracts On This Framework Agreement. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Buy A Specific Volume During The Framework Agreement Period.
