Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Conducts A Procedure Of The Species Negotiation With A Preliminary Invitation To Participate With The Subject: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalk Pavements On The Territory Of Regions Pernik, Kyustendil, Lovech, Pleven, Montana And Vidin, Ref. № Prc 25-065. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 6 (Six) Lots As Follows: Lot # 1: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Pernik And Kyustendil Region. Lot 1 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of Pernik And Kyustendil Districts. Lot 2: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Lovech Region. Lot 2 Covers And Will Be Implemented In The Territory Of Lovech District. Lot # 3: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Vratsa Region. Lot 3 Covers And Will Be Implemented In The Territory Of Vratsa District. Lot 4: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Pleven Region. Lot 4 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of Pleven District. Lot No. 5: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Montana Region. Lot 5 Covers And Will Be Implemented On The Territory Of Montana District. Lot No. 6: Restoration Of Road And Sidewalks On The Territory Of Vidin Region. Lot 6 Covers And Will Be Implemented In The Territory Of Vidin District. Each Candidate/Participant May Participate In All Lots (One Or More Lots, To The Maximum Number Of Lots Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Separate Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Criterion For Awarding This Public Procurement In Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is The Lowest Price. The Ranking Of The Participants Is Carried Out For Each Separate Position Individually. First, In The Relevant Lot, The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Total Price For The Execution Of The Order Is Ranked. The Categories Of The Works Falling Within The Scope Of Each Lot Of The Present Public Procurement Are The Fifth Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 5 Of The Spatial Planning Act. The Performance Of The Contract For Each Lot Will Be Carried Out Depending On The Technical Readiness Of The Contracting Authority For The Award Of The Performance. For The Assignment Of The Specific Types Of Works, The Contracting Authority Draws Up A Performance Document Containing At Least The Following Information: The Types Of Work And Their Quantity, The Deadline For Implementation, The Price On The Basis Of The Unit Prices And Other Information Necessary For The Implementation Of The Types Of Activities. The Performance Document Shall Be Signed By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. The Acceptance Of The Performed Work On Each Performance Document Shall Be Carried Out With A Reception Protocol Signed By Both Parties To The Contract, In Order And Manner Described In The Draft Contract. ​​​​​​​
