This Public Procurement Is The Subject Of Delivery Of Stem Equipment, Laboratory And Study Materials, Interactive Equipment And Ict Devices For The Needs Of The Learning Process. Delivery Of Laptops, 3D Printer, Programmable Kits, Interactive Displays With Accessories, Laboratory Aids In Physics, Chemistry, Biology And Astronomy, Teaching Models, Stem Simulators, Visual Aids And Other Remedies For Modern And Innovative Training At The Following Positions Are Divided Into Lot 1: Delivery And Installation Of Computer Equipment For The Stem Center - The Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Order Is 54216,39 (Fifty -Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Levs And Thirty -Nine Pennies) Without Vat And Accounts For 52.12% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. Lot 2: Delivery And Installation Of Computer Equipment For Voscs - The Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Order Is 39298,44 (Thirty -Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety -Eight Levs And Forty -Four Pennies) Without Vat And Accounts For 37.75% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. Lot No. 3: Delivery Of Laboratory Equipment And Educational Aids For Natural Science Training - The Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Contract Is 10584,63 (Ten Thousand Five Hundred Eighty -Four Levs And Sixty -Three Pennies) Without Vat And Makes Up 10.17% Of The Total Prediction Of The Public Procurement. On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Lot # 3 With An Estimated Value For The Separate Position In The Amount Of Bgn 10584,63 Without Incl. Vat, Planned As A Separate Position In This Order, Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Its Individual Value - Falling Within The Threshold Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - By Direct Award, Since The Individual Value Of The Relevant Separate Position Does Not Exceed The Sum Of Bgn 156 464 And At The Same Time The Total Estimated Value Of The Won Position, Entrusted In This Way, Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract.
