3 The Scope Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Works: Setting Road Signs Securing The Renovated Section Of The Road Lane, Removal Of Single And Group Defects And Repairing Damaged Fragments Of Road Surfaces, Bicycle Paths, Etc., Road Lane Elements, Cutting Off Damaged Surfaces Of The Surface With Regular Shapes, Purification Of Damaged Places With Removing Rumosa To The Pry, And Sprinkling The Repaired Place, Dissemination Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture In One Or In Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of The Damage, Density Of Individual Layers Of The Arranged Mixture, Loading Of The Rumosz, Export And Utilization, Predicted Scope Of Works During The Contract-Approx. 200 M2, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be The Unit Price Specified In The Multiplied Offer. By The Quantity Actually Performed By The Contractor And The Works Received By The Employer, The Number Of Cold Mass Along With The Built -In, Spreading, Profiling And Compaction Of The Contracting Authority Will Be Confirmed By The Protocol, Supplied And Built -In Cold Mass Should Be Of Appropriate Quality And Meet The Requirements For Repairing The Bituminous Surface, Supplied And Built -In. Cold Mass Must Comply With The Requirements Set Out In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended). Cold Mass Must Meet The Polish Requirements Of The Standards And Have The Required Law, Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates, In Case Of Doubt As To The Quality Of Cold Mass, The Contracting Authority May Order His Examination In Terms Of Suitability For Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present At The Request Of The Contracting Party Confirmation That The Cold Mass Used To Repair The Surface Bituminous Meets The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Has The Required Law, Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates, The Contracting Authority May Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Supplied And Built -In Material Below Or Above The Quantity That Has Been Determined Estimated. In This Respect, The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial And Legal Claims.B) Maintenance (Partial Repairs)/Hardening Of Roads And Ground Space, The Scope Of Services Covered By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Following Works: Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Dirt Roads (With A Crushed Surface Of \ Gravel-Translations), Curning Of Access Roads, Ground Space, Predicted Scope Of Works During The Contract Period-Approx. 369 M3, During The Implementation Of Works, The Contractor Will Comply With The Provisions Regarding The Safety And Hygiene Of Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Mark The Area Of Works On The Road. The Vehicle Performing The Work Should Be Marked In Accordance With The Provisions Ensuring Road Safety, The Contractors Remuneration Will Constitute A Unit Price Specified In The Offer Multiplied By The Quantity
