The Contracting Authority Immediately After Signing The Contract Will Deliver The Vehicle To The Contractors Headquarters To Install The Washing Device On It. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 10 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors. The Landlord Demands That The Contractor Indicate, In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. The Obligated To Notify The Employer Of Any Changes In Relation To The Information Referred To In The First Sentence, During The Implementation Of The Order, And Also Provide The Required Information About New Subcontractors, To Whom He Intends To Entrust The Order At A Later Time. The Contracting Authority Will Examine Whether There Are No Grounds For Exclusion Specified In Relation To The Contractor. If The Subcontractor Is Based On The Grounds For Exclusion, The Contracting Authority Requests That The Contractor, Within The Time Limit Specified By The Employer, Replace This Subcontractor Under Pain Of Preventing The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Washing Device Is An Integral Whole Of The Subject Of The Order And The Division Of The Order Is Impossible.
