Tenders Are Invited For Performing The Function Of An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task Corrings Of Selected Watercourse And Restoration Of The Functionality Of Water Equipment As Part Of The Removal (...) Nysa And Prudnicki
The Subject Of The Contract Is To Act As An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task Entitled Corriation Of Selected Watercourse And Restoration Of The Functionality Of Water Equipment As Part Of Removing The Effects Of Floods On Selected Watercourses And Facilities Of The Nysa And Prudnik Poviats - Parts I, Ii, Iii, Iv Including The Following Tasks: 1) Part I Cleanse And Reconstruction Of The Blog Coric Corridge In Jarnołtówki And The Victim In The Formula Design And Build. 2) Part Ii The Buildings Of The Gaps Posing A Threat To Infrastructure And Buildings On The Złoty Potok River At 0+000 To 9+250 In The Design And Build Formula. 3) Part Iii Curning And Rebuilding Of The Złotok Potokura Corraous Torch In The Town Of Jarnołtówek And Pokrzywna In The Commune Głuchołazy In The Formula Design And Build. 4) Part Iv. Empty Protection For The Flood Embankments The Złoty Potok In Łąka Prudnicka And Prudnikresultate To Achieve The Investors Supervision Inspector Under The Contract Is To Bring To The Correct And Timely And Lawful As Well As In Accordance With The Material And Financial Scope Of The Implementation, Completion And Settlement Of The Task. The Obligations Of The Supervision Inspector Will Include, Among Others Supervision Over The Project Documentation, Including: • Checking The Design Documentation Of Each Stage Of Works Within 5 Days From The Date Of The Contracting Authority, Signing A Partial Acceptance Report Or A Written Notification Of Comments To The Provided Project; • Checking The Design Documentation Of The Entire Investment Within 12 Days From The Date Of Delivery By The Ordering Party, Signing The Final Acceptance Report Or In Writing To The Project; • Authors Supervision About The Removal Of Defects Found In The Documentation During The Implementation Of The Contract; • Analyzing Replacement Solutions In Relation To The Project Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager Or The Contracting Authority, And Preparing Written Opinions Together With A Substantive Position On This Subject.
