Prices Of Materials In Accordance With The Contractors Offer Will Apply Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract. 4. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Batches Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party (Single Delivery In Consultation With The Contractor, Depending On The Type Of Transport Of The Contractor And The Employers Demand). 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves That It May Not Fully Use The Value Of The Contract. The Amount Of Materials Covered By The Scope Of The Order Constitutes Approximate Demand. In Fact, The Ordered Quantity May Be Reduced, But Not More Than 20% Of The Estimated Amount Of Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority Due To Reducing The Quantity Scope Of The Order. 6. The Deadline For Completing A Single Delivery - According To The Contractors Offer At The Time Specified In The Hours From The Moment Of Submitting The Demand Transferred By Phone Or Via E -Mail By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party (The Minimum Delivery Date From The Moment Of Submitting The Demand Is 3 Hours, The Maximum Delivery Date From The Moment Of Submitting The Demand Is 7 Hours). 7. The Actual Number Of Ordered Products Will Depend On The Needs And Financial Capabilities Of The Employer. Quantitative Pickup On The Day Of Delivery. 8. Each Delivery Must Be Confirmed By The Person Appointed By The Ordering Party On The Wz Document Issued By The Contractor. The Original Wz Document Will Be The Basis For The Quantitative Reception Of The Ordered Material Of The Material. 9. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Supplied Materials That Are The Subject Of The Contract Correspond To The Appropriate Standards. All Materials Should Have The Necessary Technical Approvals, Approvals And Declarations Of Compliance Allowing For Use In Road Construction, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide With Each Delivery. 10. Along With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Employer The Declaration Of Functional Properties And/Or Documents Listed In Para. 9.11. Challenged By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Roads And Mostów Management Board Sp. Z O.O. Parties Of Delivered Materials, As Not Meeting The Requirements Of The Standards Or For Which The Supplier Does Not Present The Required Documents, Will Be Left At The Contractors Disposal And For The Challenged Amount Of Materials A
