1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop A Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Conduct The Thermomodernization Of The Roofs Of The Praga -Południe District Office In Warsaw, Together With The Installation Of A Photovoltaic System And A New Air Conditioning System For The Third Floor Of The Building. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Expert Of The Load Capacity Of Three Roofs Of The Building, Including: For A Load -Bearing Capacity Analysis In Terms Of Installation Of Solar Installation, Taking Into Account Various Panel Attachment Systems, To Assess The Possibility Of Installing Air Conditioning Devices, Taking Into Account Their Weight And Fixing Method. 2. Development Of Design Documentation Of The Solar Installation, Including: O Executive Design (Selection Of The Maximum Number Of Panels For Obtaining The Highest Power Between 8-16), For Connecting To The Electrical Installation Of The Building And To The External Network - Energy Receipt By The Supplier, For Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For A Bill Of Quantities And An Investor Cost Estimate, For Obtaining Relevant Consents Of The Energy Regulatory Office And Agreement. With Energy Recipient. 3. Development Of Design Documentation Of The Air Conditioning System For The Third Floor Of The Building, Including: O Executive Design, For Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works, For A Bill Of Quantities And An Investor Cost Estimate. 4. Developing Design Documentation For Roof Thermomodernization, Including: O Executive Design Containing:  Inventory Of Chimney Flues Of Gravitational Ventilation,  Design Of New Chimneys (Elements Above The Roof) And Possible Reconstruction Of Closed Ventilation Ducts,  Project Insulation Of Vents Ventilated Through The Use Of Pir Plates Instead Of Mineral Wool And Selection Of The Right Way And Selection Of The Right Way And Selection Of The Right Way Roof Insulation Of A Different Structure,  Project To Replace The Waterproofing Layer (Removal Of The Old And Perform A New One), Ensuring Tightness And Enabling Maintenance Work,  Draft Of Trigger Replacement And Sealing Of The Pits Of Rainwater (Cast Iron) Sewage System,  Selection And Design Of The New Lightning Protection System In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, For Technical Performance And Acceptance Of Works Construction, For The Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate. 2. The Detailed Scope Was Specified In Annexes 7.8 To Swz: - Annex 7 To Swz - Template Of The Contract, - Annex 8 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract,
