Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Catching And Providing 24 -Hour Care For Homeless Animals From The Area Of ​​The Municipality Of The Koło In 184 Days, I.E. In The Period From 01.07.2025 - 31.12.2025. The Employer Provides That A Total Of About 35 Dogs (29 Dogs Staying At The Point Of Time Detention Of Animals And 6 Expected To Be Charged During The Contract Period). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Takeover By The Contractor Care For 29 Dogs Staying At The Point Of Temporary Detention Of Animals Located In The Town Of Kosodrzewiny 56A, 92-411 Łódź Owned By The Municipal Commune Of Koło, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract In Agreement With The Current Place Of Animal Stay. The Takeover Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Acquisition Protocol. The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Dogs May Change, And This Will Result From The Actual Number Of Dogs Staying At The Point Of Time Detention Of Animals As At The Date Of The Start Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings. Transporting The Animals To The Shelter/Time Point For Keeping Animals Run By The Contractor Will Take Place At Their Own Expense And Using Their Own Means Of Transport, In Order To Continue Taking Care Of Them. Animals Subject To Takeover, Currently Staying At The Time Of Time, Are Already Dewormed, Vaccinated And Marked With An Identification Number. 2) Catching And Providing 24 -Hour Care For Homeless Animals From The Area Of ​​The Municipal Commune Of Koło Along With Their Transport. A) Persons Entitled To Report The Need For Action Are: An Authorized Employee Of The Municipal Office In The Circle (Indicated By Name In The Contract, Performing Activities During Office Hours, I.E. 7: 30-15: 30) Or By The City Guard, Police, Fire Brigade And Ambulance. And In Emergency, Especially Justified Cases (E.G. Threatening The Life Of People Or Animals) No Later Than Within 2 Hours From The Time Of Reporting By The Contracting Authority.C) The Number Of Animals To Be Caught During The Contract In The Amount Of 6 (Six) Pieces During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Animals To Catch And Adapt To The Shelter/Time Point Of Animal Detention May Be Smaller Or Larger, And This Will Result From The Current Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Municipality Of The Koło In The Municipality During The Service Of The Service. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Catch Animals To: A) Using Devices And Means Of Life -Free Life, Health Catching Animals, B) The Use Of Agents For Transporting Animals Meeting The Conditions Set Out In The Animal Protection Act.
