The Subject Of The Contract Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Ditches Divided Into Areas Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of Earth Reservoirs Belonging To Them In The City Of Gliwice, Which The Ordering Party Divided Into Parts: Part 1 - District No. 1. District Of Łabędy And Czechowice. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Tasks Resulting From The Act Of 20 July 2017 Water Law And Related To The Protection And Flooding In The City Gliwice. The Set Scope Of Work Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. Removal Regarding The Need To Employ Employees Formulating Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract Based On Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act. They Were Specified In Detail In Annex 5 To Swz - The Contract Template. Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Does Not Formulate The Requirements Indicated In Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act.
