1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Courier Services In Domestic Trade (Area Of All Of Poland) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 23 November 2012 - Postal Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366), Consisting In Accepting (Receiving), Movement And Delivery Or Issuing To The Addressees Of Courier Parcels, In Guaranteed Dates Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Services Will Be Provided For The Chief Inspectorate For Environmental Protection In Warsaw And Gioś Facilities In The Field - In Accordance With The List Of Location Constituting Annex 7 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Its Implementation Was Specified In Annex 6 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Changes In Swz Content, Which Is E.G. The Result Of Answers To The Inquiries Of Contractors.
