The Subject Of The Contract Is Investor Supervision Over Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Adaptation Of Building B Of The Hospital To Provide Long -Term Care Over Chronic Patients. The Specificity Of The Service Is Included In Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Offer Form), And The Detailed Characteristics Are Annex 1.1. (Price Form) And Annex 1.2 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement The Full Scope Of Activities Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And Executive Provisions For The Building Supervision Inspector, In Accordance With The Applicable Standards, The Principles Of Building Art And In Accordance With Professional Ethics, Which Was Described In Detail. In Annex 1.2 To Swz - (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Deadline For Performing The Contract: By 30.06.2026 - The Indication Of The Date Of Performance Of The Contract Is Justified By An Objective Reason, Independent Of The Contracting Authority, I.E. The Project Financed From Eu Funds.
