Tenders are invited for Procurement of Library Equipment and Assorted Books for the College Library COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Bidders are to obtain tender documents from the Office of the Head of Procurement, Federal College of Education, Gidan Madi at a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira (10,000) only payable to Federal College Of Education, Gidan Madi in Bank draft. A copy of the payment receipt must also be attached to financial documents. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Procurement Officer, Federal College of Education, Gidan Madi and clearly marked with (project title, name of the project and lot number boldly written). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Procurement Unit, Federal College of Education, Gidan Madi not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 26th May, 2025. 6. OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS The Technical and Financial Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at the College Board Room by 12:00 noon on Monday, 26th May, 2025 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please ensure you signed the bid submission register as Federal College of Education, Gidan Madi will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
