Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Bureau of Public Procurements Operational Vehicles COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 4.1 Soft copy of tender document can be collected between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Monday 21st April, 2025 from the Head, Procurement Department, Bureau of Public Procurement No. 11 Suleiman Barau Crescent, Three Arms Zone Abuja. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 5.1 Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, three (3Nos) hard copies (one original and one other copy) out of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope, with the Project Name and Lot number clearly written on the top right-hand corner, addressed and returned to: Director General, Bureau of Public Procurement, 11 Suleiman Barau, Presidential Villa, Abuja Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender box at the office of Head, Procurement Department between 9.00am and 4.00pm daily not later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 27th May 2025. 6.0 OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 6.1 Technical Bids will be opened publicly and immediately after the deadline for submission by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 27th May 2025 at the Carpark of the Bureau, 11 Suleiman Barau Crescent, Three Arms Zone Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representative, while the Financial Bids will be kept un-opened.
