Tenders are invited for Construction of Perimeter Fence LOCATION Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested and competent bidders are requested to collect bid documents from the Procurement Unit, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State upon presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 at the Polytechnics Bursary Department. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed Technical and Financial bids (1 Original, 1 copy) are to be packaged in two separate envelopes. Each labelled Technical or Financial. The two envelopes should be enclosed in a large envelope labelled Technical and Financial Bids and name indicated at the top right hand corner of the envelope with the companys name written behind and addressed to the Rector, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo, Ondo State. The documents should be deposited in the Tender box at the Administrative Building of the Polytechnic not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The submitted technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 in the Administrative Building of the Polytechnic, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
