Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 75.6 KW On-Grid Solar PV System for CBC Office Building (A&B Blocks) Closing Date: 15-May-2025 Earnest Money @2% : 3,13,600/- The Tender should reach to the office of the Cantonment Board Clifton CC-38, Kh-e-Rahat Phase 6, DHA Karachi on 15/5/2025 till 12:00 hours, which shall be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative carrying authority letter along-with valid CNIC, who may happen to be present at that time, In case the Tenders are not received on schedule date or rejected (whatsoever) then the same shall be received on 19/5/2025 till 12:00 hours, and shall be opened on same day at 14:00 hours for which no further notice shall be published. Terms & Conditions 1. Tender / Bidding documents containing Invitation to the bid/Tender Notice, Instructions to bidders, Form of Bid, Conditions of Contract Agreement, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Bid evaluation criteria etc. can be obtained on any working day during office hours from the office of Cantonment Board Clifton at CC-38, Street 10, Kh-e-Rahat, Phase-VI, DHA Karachi on or before closing date/time on 13/5/2025 till 12:00 hours, of tender bid. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable).
