General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Goods and Consulting Services for Ruvyironza Water Resources Development and Multi-Use Dam Project (PRODHRHR) Deliver a Complete Set of Feasibility, Design and Tender Documents for the Multi-Purpose Ruvyironza Dam. Support for the Preparation of Feasibility, Design and Tender Documents for the Multi-Purpose Ruvyironza Dam The project includes the following components: Component 1: Support for the preparation of feasibility, design and tender documents for the multi-purpose Ruvyironza Dam. This component involves conducting feasibility and design studies for the multi-purpose Ruvyironza Dam. It will also include carrying out an environmental and social impact assessment as well as preparing engineering and technical designs. Activities will be implemented with the support and collaboration of civil society organizations (CSOs) active in the sector. These organizations will serve as a bulwark for strengthening sector governance and the application of project accountability, particularly in the improvement of water supply management and the strengthening of collaborative governance in the sector. Component 2: Project operations and management This component involves the management and implementation of the project, including tracking progress, reporting, financial management, procurement, audit, monitoring and evaluation and communication. It will ensure the timely and efficient achievement of the project outputs and outcomes. The project team will undertake project management, coordination, and delivery of the project. NELSAP-CU will provide in kind contribution to the project through the secondment of staff, the provision of office space, and staff time.
