The Services Comprise Of Defined Contribution Pension Scheme Consultancy And Administration, Including But Are Not Limited To, The Following: Service Detail General Consulting • The Provision Of Comprehensive Pensions Advice To Effectively Manage The Pension Schemes From The Contracting Entity And Trustee Perspective. (Separate Appointments May Be Considered For The Contracting Entity And The Trustees To Avoid Conflicts Of Interest). • Updates On Any Regulatory Or Other Developments Affecting The Pensions Environment That Should Be Brought To The Attention Of The Contracting Entity Or The Trustees. Trustee Secretarial • Prepare The Agenda And Papers For Trustee Meetings And Issue At Least 5 Working Days In Advance. • Attend Meetings. • Prepare Minutes Of Meetings Within 3 Working Days. Note: There Are Typically 4 Meetings For Each Scheme Per Annum, With Occasional Additional Meetings For A Specific Purpose Risk Management • Fulfilment Of Risk Management Function Holder Role When Required Under Iorp Ii Regulations • Developing And Maintaining A Risk Management Framework For Assessing, Monitoring And Reporting Key Risks Including Dora, Iorp11 And Any Other Requirements Emerging • Compliance With New Regulatory Requirements When Introduced, Including Preparation Of Own Risk Assessment • Liaison With Pensions Authority As Required Investment Consulting • Ongoing Monitoring Of Scheme’S Investment Performance And Performance Of Individual Investment Managers • Quarterly Updates To Trustees Providing Investment Advice To The Trustees At Regular Trustee Meetings Administration • Record-Keeping And Benefits Administration • Trustee Annual Report • Pensioner Communications The Defined Contribution (Dc) Plan Is A Defined Contribution Scheme Administered In Accordance With A Trust Deed And Rules Commenced On 1St January 2010. The Plan Had 542 Active Members And 636 Members With Deferred Benefits At The 31 March 2024. The Value Of The Fund Was €34.4M.
