Medical Equipments- Framework Agreement For Delivering, Using And Maintenance Of Spray And Volumetric Pumps And Docking Stations. It Is A Framework Agreement For Taking About 290 Spray Pumps, 210 Volumetric Pumps (Incl. Dedicated Consumption Materials), Around 85 Docking Stations. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Commencement, The Training And Maintenance Of The Devices Offered. The Hospital Can Call In Several Orders For The Products Awarded Under This Framework Agreement. The Maximum Value Of The Assignment Is € 2,000,000 (Excl. Vat) At A Term Of 10 Years. This Value Is Purely Indicative, It Does Not Bind The Board In Any Way. This Value Therefore Does Not Form An Indication For The Quotation Amount That Can Be Registered In The Next Phase. The Contractor Cannot Demand Compensation If This Turnover Is Not Achieved.
