Polythene Waste And Refuse Sacks And Bags - Framework Agreement On Delivery With Garbage Bags, Waste Bags And Other Foil Products. The Subject Of This Framework Agreement Is The Delivery Of The Clinics Of The City Of Cologne Ggmbh (Hereinafter Referred To As A Client Or Ag) With Garbage Bags/ Waste Bags As Well As Other Foil Products In Various Versions In Accordance With The Tender Documents, In Particular The List Of Services. The Detailed Description Of The Items To Be Delivered Is Located In Appendix 1 - Service List. There Is No Acceptance Obligation By The Client. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force With Access To The Communication On The Contractor. The Start Of Performance Is 01.07.2025. It Has An Initial Festive Term Of Two Years. The Client Is Entitled To A Two -Time Extension Option. By One -Sided Written Statement, It Can Extend The Term Of The Agreement By Year, I.E. Up To A Maximum Contract Term Of 4 Years, Until June 30, 2029.
