Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Public Tender Reg. Pick -Up, Treatment And Selling Of Garden And Park Waste For Redux - Waste And Recycling. The Tender Includes The Collection, Processing And Sale Of The Amount Of Garden And Park Waste Received On The Five (5) Recycling Sites Of The Contracting Entity. The Contractors Collected Garden And Park Waste Must, As A Minimum Of The Tenderer, Be Treated As Waste Intended For Recovery, Recycling Or Better In Accordance With Sections 12 And 28 Of The Waste Ordinance And The Environmental Protection Act. The Waste Fraction Is Collected At The Recycling Sites As Garden And Park Waste From Both Business And Private. Contracting Employees Are Constantly Checking The Sorting Of The Waste Fraction And Sorting Out Any Major Error Sortings And The Like, But The Tenderer Must Accept Up To 5 % Error Sortings Per Year.
