Request for proposals for Provision of Consultancy Services for Terminal Automation System. Bidders MUST visit the site. Site visit will be conducted on Monday, 5 May, 2025 from 10:30 hrs. to 12:30 hrs. The bidders are required to come with their own Personal Protective Equipment PPEs during the site visit. The minimum PPE requirement are steel toe safety boots, workers helmet and cotton reflector vest / cotton over coat / cotton overall. Consultant who will not come with correct PPEs will not be allowed to conduct site visit. Bidders must submit hardcopies of bids (one original and one copy) respectively, enclosed and sealed in a single plain envelope marked Tender No: TP/03/2025/CB/S/04 FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR TERMINAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM. Softcopies MUST be submitted in a USB flash disk embedded in the copy document. All bid documents must be addressed and delivered to Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Ltd, P.0. Box 2608, Kigamboni, Dares Salaam. The deadline for submission of Tender documents will be 1400hrs local time on Friday 16 May, 2025. Bids opening shall be at 1430hrs local time on Friday 16 April, 2025. Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids will not be considered for evaluation irrespective of any circumstances.
