LOT NO DESCRIPTION OF ITEM TENDER NO. QUANTITY 1 DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE STORE ITEMS AND OBSOLETE EQUIPMENT GHS/NR/RHD/GD/NCT/2025/002 VARIOUS The Northern Regional Health Directorate now invites sealed Tenders from eligible bidders for the Disposal of unserviceable and Obsolete Equipment under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following documents are required; 1. Companys Registration Certificate 2. Current valid Tax Clearance Certificate 3. Current valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 4. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate 5. PPA Certificate of Registration 6. EPA Certificate A complete set of Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the Regional Health Directorate, Procurement Unit Tamale, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) per Tender Document at the Accounts Office of the Regional Health Directorate - Tamale, between 8.30am 4.00pm each working day from Monday-Friday. All completed Tenders should be addressed to: Completed tenders should be deposited in a Tender Box located at Procurement Unit Room 11 Upstairs Regional Health Directorate Main Block on or before Wednesday 7th May, 2025 at 10.30 am prompt. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders and or their representatives who choose to attend at the Regional Health Directorates Training Unit Conference Hall on Wednesday 7th May, 2025 at 10.30 am prompt.
