Tenders are invited for English Language Trainer Closing Date: Thursday, 08. May 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 Months The English Language Trainer will be providing English sessions for adolescent girls aged between 10 to 19 in Bab Ramel, Tripoli over a span of 8 training days. The trainers responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Develop a basic English curriculum suitable for ages 1019. Evaluate level of English literacy for the beneficiaries and identify of the appropriate English Literacy level to build upon (Beginner, intermediate an advanced) Adapt teaching materials based on participants backgrounds, language levels, and specific learning needs. Delivering sessions per group using age-appropriate methods. Deliver interactive and engaging training. Maintain safe, and supportive learning environment. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor participants engagement, attendance, and learning progress throughout the sessions. Conducting simple assessments to measure improvement (Pre-Post assessments). Submit brief progress reports on a regular basis, including session highlights and any issues encountered.
