Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Conditions For Conducting The Cultural Activity Of The Center For Culture And Promotion Of The Strzyżewice Commune In Piotrowice

Part 1: Execution Of Construction Works - Including Construction Works In The Auditorium, Corridor And Rooms No. I, Ii, Iii And Iv (Demolition Of Suspended Ceilings From Gypsum -Cardboard Boards, Execution Of Suspended Cassette Ceilings, Performing Plaster Coats On The Walls, Painting Walls According To The Pre -Work Of The Works), Dismonition And Assembly Of Electrical Installations Together With Tests. And Measurements, Performance Of The Sound And Lighting Of The Stage (Departments No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3, Item From 1 To 137 Bill Of Quantities). A Detailed Scope, Requirements And Conditions For The Execution Of Works Covered By The Contract Have Been Specified In The Executive Project, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. The Contractors Obligations Under The Offer And Offer Price Include: 1) The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Construction Art And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And The Provisions Of The Construction Law, On The Conditions Set Out In This Agreement, And With Due Care And On Contractual Terms; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And Quality Of The Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supply And All Devices Necessary To Take Samples And Materials Of Materials And Works; 3) Submission Before Signing The Contract Of A Copy Of The Building Of The Construction Manager In A Construction And Construction Specialty Or Corresponding To Them Equivalent Building Qualifications Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Provisions, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Construction Rights For Equivalent Management Above The Indicated Above. And In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise Were The Smallest Possible And Did Not Exceed The Permissible Norms And Did Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment; 8) Ordering The Area After The End Of The Works; 9) Repair Of Underground And Above -Ground Armament Equipment Damaged As A Result Of Works - In Consultation With Their Administrators; 10) Resulting From This Agreement; 11) Developing And Transferring To The Employer The Receiving Documentation, Notification To The Employer Readiness For Receipt12) Active Participation In Acceptance. 13) The Contractor Shall Provide Before Receipt:- Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance, Approvals For Built-In Materials,- As-To-Elderly Cost Estimate Requires At Least 36 Months Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract And At Least 36 Months Old Handle. The Works May Only Be Used For Materials And Devices That Meet The Following Requirements: A) Marked With The Ce Sign, For Which The Assessment Was Assessed In Accordance With The Harmonized European Norm Introduced To The Collection Of Poland Standards, With European Technical Approval Of Eat Or The National Techn
