The Planned Provisions Of The Contract On The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Content Of The Contract, Are In Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Possibility Of Annulment 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Granted To Him. The Task Is To Be Co -Financed By Funds Transferred By The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism Under The Investment Program Of Particular Importance For Sport - Edition 2024. Part Of The Funds Allocated To The Implementation Of The Task (Own Contribution) Was Secured In The Voivodship Budget. At The Moment, The Ministry Of Sport Has Not Issued A Decision On Granting The Funding Of The Task. In The Event Of A Negative Decision On Granting Co -Financing, The Possibility Of Annulment Of Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Pzp Act. 6. Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. In The Case Of The Contractor For Construction Works, The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Will Award The Inspector To The Abovementioned Mode A Provision, I.E. Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services Regarding Supervision At The Sports Hall At The Secondary School Complex Of The Sports Championship Janusz Kusociński In Racibórz Up To 30% Of The Value Of The Basic Order. The Contracting Authority Will Award The Order Referred To In Art. 214 Paragraph 1 Point 7 In Connection With Art. 305 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, If: 1) The Contractor Will Perform/ Fulfill The Basic Contract Duly, 2) The Contractor Will Ensure The Performance Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 In Connection With Art. 305 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, As A Standard Not Worse Than The Basic Contract, 3) The Parties Under The Negotiations Will Reach Agreement As To The Price And Date Of Performance, 4) The Contractor Will Accept The Provisions Of The Contract For The Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 In Connection With Art. 305 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Basic Contract.
