The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Ms-Sql License, I.E. 2 Pieces Of New Microsoft Sql Server Standard 2022 (Server) And 20 Standard License-Cal-Cal Licenses Or The Supply Of Equivalent Licenses, Along With The Manufacturers Technical Support Service (Software Assurance) For A Period Of 36 Months. General Existence: A) Licenses Must Be Provided In Electronic Form. The Condition Of The License Must Be Visible On The Individual Profile Of The Ordering Party On The Software Manufacturers Portal Designed To Manage The Manufacturers Software Licenses. B) The Licenses Must Be Used For Use In The Group Licensing Model For Public Administration Bodies. The Ordering Party Downloads The Software Installer And Possible License Keys On The Website Of The Software Manufacturer.F) The Licensed Licenses Must Be New, Purchased In The Authorized Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer.G). Day Of Purchase. 2. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Products To The Licenses Described Above. The Description Of The Required Minimum Functionalities In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Software Has Been Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 3 To Swz And In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
