The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Installation Of Air Conditioners/ Air Conditioning Systems For The Needs Of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of A Letter Made By The Contracting Authority Containing Information About The Type, Quantity And Precise Place Or Places (Addresses) Of The Delivery Of Air Conditioners/ Air Conditioning Systems, In Accordance With The Specific Needs Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo And Its Structures. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Includes The Following Activities: 1. Delivery Of The Air -Conditioning Systems To The Place Of Delivery Specified In The Award Letter; 2. Installation/Installation And Commissioning Of The Delivered Air Conditioning Systems In The Respective Sites And Premises; 3. Instruction Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority For The Operation And Maintenance Of Air Conditioning Systems; 4. Guarantee Service Of The Delivered Air Conditioners/ Air-Conditioning Systems Within The Warranty Period From The Date Of Signing Of The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol For The Acceptance Of Delivery And The Accompanying Delivery Activities Under Items 2 And 3 Above.
