The Subject Of The Contract Is The Demolition And Construction Of A Low Voltage Network As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Czerniaków Hospital - Stage Ii - Construction Works. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition And Construction Of A Low Voltage Network, Removing The Collision Of The Reserve Power Supply, 2) Reproduction And Restoration Of Greenery After Works .3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Documents Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.4. Assembly Installations And Devices Excluding Works, The Implementation Of Which Requires Possession Of Appropriate Permissions To Perform Independent Functions; B) Works Related To Land Development, Including Works In The Scope Of The Performance Of Paved, Road And Greenery Surfaces. 2) During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing In Point 1). The Contracting Authority Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Demanding Statements Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements And Assessment Of Them, B) Demanding Explanations In Case Of Doubts Regarding Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements, C) Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Service The Documents Referred To Above Should Contain Information Necessary To Verify Employment Under An Employment Contract, In Particular: Name And Surname Of An Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And The Scope Of The Employees Obligations. 4) For Failure To Comply With The Employment Requirement By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Pursuant To The Employment Contract Indicated In Point 1) The Ordering Party Provides The Sanction In The Form Of An Obligation To Pay By The Contractor Contractual In The Amount Specified In The Ppu. The Contractors Failure To Submit Evidence Requested By The Employer To Confirm The Employment Requirement By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 5) In The Event Of Justified Doubts As To The Observance Of The Labor Law By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Employer May Ask For An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate.
