The Contracting Authority Provides For The Scope Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Set Out In:- Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 30 March 2016 On The Rest Of Children And Youth (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 452, As Amended),- The Act Of 29 August 1997 On Hotel Services And Services Of Tourist Tourist And Tourist Guides (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Art. 92 Of The Act Of 7 September 1991 On The Education System (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 750).
