1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Investor Supervision For The Task: Construction Of The Second Local Government Nursery On Journal Of Laws No. 94 Of 0047 M. Sulęcin In Order To Create 40 Care Places In Full Extent During The Construction Period And To A Limited Extent During The Warranty Period And Warranty. 2. The Provision Of The Investors Supervision Service Includes The Following Specialties: • Construction And Construction Without Restrictions, • Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water Supply And Sewage Devices Without Restrictions, • Installation In The Scope Of Networks, Installations And Electrical And Electrical Devices Without Restrictions, • Road Without Restrictions. 3. The Contractors Duties Include The Performance Of Activities Related To Performing The Function Of Investor Supervision, In Accordance With Art. 25-27 Of The Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) In The Scope Of: 1) Tasks Related To Construction Supervision, Conducting Meetings And Documentation, 2) Tasks Related To Settlements And Investment Preparation, 3) Tasks Related To The Warranty Period. 4.
