The Subject Of The Order Is To Draw Up A General Plan Of The Pawonków Commune. The Plan Being The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope From It Excerpts And Extract (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended), 3) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), 4) Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, 5) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, And Roads. A Detailed Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 5 To This Swz.
