The Client Intends To Offer The Service Bike Leasing To Offer The Collective And Civil Servant Employees By Deferring. The Framework Agreement Does Not Justify The Contractual Company On Call For A Certain Annual Quantity. A Minimum Acceptance Of 40 % Of The Estimated Acceptance Quantity Is Guaranteed. The Estimated Acceptance Is 700 Bicycles. There Is A Maximum Cable Border Of 1050 Bicycles.
