The Acquisition Is Subject To The Individual Retrieval Of The Social Insurance Institution (Kela), Which Is Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Organized By An Occupational Therapist In Finnish Riding Therapy In The Central Region (Municipal Groups And Municipalities Are Described In Annex 4 And 5). The Service To Be Purchased Is Described In The Service Description Of Kelas Demanding Medical Rehabilitation Service, As In Annex 1, As Of 1.1.2023. The Contract Period Is 1.12.2025-31.12.2026. Therapies Under The Agreement Of The Rehabilitators Start On 1.1.2026. The Service Currently Under Way Will Be Responsible For The Service Obtained From December 1, 2022 To December 31, 2024 And 2025 For The Option Year. The Option Year 2026 Included In The Contract Period 1.12.202-31.12.2024 Will Not Be Introduced, And Kela Will Re-Tend The Services For 2026 With This Invitation To Tender. The Acquisition Is Based On An Estimate Of The Maximum Value Of The Acquisition During 2026. The Procurement In Question Aims To Ensure The Uninterrupted Availability Of Services. Requirements For The Individuals Demanding Medical Rehabilitation Individual Therapy Are Recorded In The Service Description Of Kelas Demanding Medical Rehabilitation (Appendix 1). The Service Description Is Divided Into Two Parts: • The General Part Of The Therapies. Together, These Parts Form An Individual Therapy Service Description (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Description). Both Parts Have Entered Into Force On 1 January 2023 And Both Parts Will Be Applied Simultaneously To The Implementation Of The Rehabilitation Organized By Kela. Kela Asks For Offers For Face -To -Face Individual Riding Therapy Implemented By An Occupational Therapist. By Submitting The Tender Provider, It Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Service It Provides Is In Accordance With The Service Description. In Addition, The Tenderer Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Therapists Implementing The Service Are Able To Carry Out Face -To -Face Therapy In Each Municipal Group Offered (Including All Municipalities In The Municipal Group) And At Least The Annual Number Of Clients Reported In Their Tender. Purposeful Value Of Procurement Without Vat Is € 0.14 Million. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase Without Vat Is 0.21 Million.
