The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Detergents, Cleaning Agents And Hygiene Materials For The Needs Of The Road Infrastructure Agency. The Contracting Authority Pays The Actual And Delivered Amount Of Cleaning Products And Soaps From The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12 Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, In This Connection Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Implementation Of All The Types Specified In The Technical Specification. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Choose A Contractor With Which A Contract For The Supply Of Cleaning Products And Soaps From The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12 Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes (A Description Of The Contract Activities): A) Delivery Of The Articles Subject To The Public Procurement Specified In The Present Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority, The Requests For Delivery Of Articles Will Be Determined According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority Periodically, Within The Term Of The Contract Or Until The Financial Resource Is Exhausted; (B) Elimination Of Deficiencies, Inconsistencies, Defects And Defects Of Articles, Including Replacement In The Event Of A Guarantee Defect; (C) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. *Note: A Detailed Description Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Is Presented In The Technical Specification For The Execution Of The Contract Of The Contracting Authority (Annex A), An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation! *Important: 1) On The Grounds Of The Provision Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Present Public Procurement Is Intended For The Award Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or For Economic Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Disabled People Or Of Disadvantaged People, As Its Subject Matter Is Included In The List Of Goods And Services 591 Of 18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers, Within The Meaning Of §2, Item 46 And Item 62 Of The Additional Provisions (Dr) Of The Public Procurement Act! In This Regard, This Procurement Is Qualified As A Reserved Public Procurement! 2) On The Grounds Of The Provision Of Art. 12, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Participant, Who Is A Specialized Enterprise Or Cooperative Of People With Disabilities, May Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That He May Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Her Subject With His Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. In The Event Of An Inability To Perform Self -Execution In This Volume, It May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties, Provided That They Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. 3) On The Grounds Of The Provision Of Art. 12, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, Persons Who Are A Specialized Enterprise Or Cooperative Of People With Disabilities May Participate In The Award Of This Public Procurement, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their Listing Is Impaired By People With Impaired
