Wbm Immobilien Service Gmbh (Ag), A Subsidiary Of The Wbm Housing Association Berlin-Mitte Mbh, Will In Future Plan, Build And Operate Photovoltaic Systems On The Roofs Of The Wbm Portfolio (Approx. 34,000 Rental Apartments, Approx. 300,000 M² Of Commercial Space And Approx. 650 Roof Areas Of Different Sizes). As Part Of This Award Procedure, She Is Looking For A Strategic Partner (Contractual Partner). The Subject Of The Tender Is A Contract With A Term Of Six Years, Which Can Be Extended Four Times By Another Year. This Results In A Total Term Of Up To Ten Years. The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Obligation.
