The Subject Of The Contract Covered The Purchase Of The Following Assortment: - Olive Service Pants In The Amount Of 2275 Pieces As Part Of The Basic Order - Olive Business Pants In An Amount Of Up To 2250 Pieces As Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Of The Option. 2. The Item Supplied As Part Of The Contract Must Be New And Must Come From Current Production. Items Made Under The Right Of The Option Must Be Identical To The Subject Provided Under The Basic Contract. 3. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For Each Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Issue From The Warehouse To Use, While The Period Of Its Storage By The Ordering Party In The Warehouse Is A Maximum Of 5 Years. In The Event Of Issuing The Subject Of The Contract For Use After The Period Of Its Storage, The Warranty Referred To Above Ceases To Apply. Extending The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Documents (Referred To In The Draft Contract) To The Employer, Confirming That The Subject Of The Contract (Finished Product) Meets The Technical And Utility Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. 5. After Signing The Contract, Before Launching The Production, The Contractor Will Provide The Contracting Authority With A Template Of The Subject Of The Contract (2 Copies) With Documents. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Designs Of The Abovementioned The Subject Of The Contract (Respectively For The Part Of The Order He Will Fulfill) During A Maximum Of Half The Period In Which The Contractor Undertook To Fulfill The Order In The Offer. 6. The Contractor Selected During The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.
