A, B, D, Located In The Town. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Preparation Of The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project For The Site, Including: - Assessment Of Conformity With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Works On All Parts Of The Investment Project, In Volume And Content According To The Spatial Planning Act, Including The Conformity Assessment And Technical Control Of The Part Structural In Accordance With Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Spatial Planning Act And An Assessment Of Compliance With Respect To The Compliance Of The Project With The Requirements For Energy Efficiency Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, According To Art. 142, Para. 11 Of The Spa; - Preparation Of A Complex Report On Conformity; - Assistance To The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project And Issuance Of A Building Permit For The Site. 2. Exercise Construction Supervision, Including: - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction In The Obligatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, Including The Inspection Of The Supplies Of The Construction Of The Construction Products. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As The Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Commissioning Of The Construction, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Conformity Of The Completed Construction And Assembly Works With The Contract For The Implementation Of The Engineering Of The Site, As Well As Other Activities Subject To The Contract For Engineering; - Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Construction Report, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; - Management Of The Processes Of Commissioning Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use; - Wearing Responsibility Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Spatial Planning Act Until The Warranty Periods Expire For The Respective Types Of Construction Works.
