Quotation are invited for Supply, Installation, and Operation of Laptops, Monitors, and a Printer. General Terms and Conditions 1. Your quotations should be sent in stamped envelopes on or before May 8th, 2025 at 1:00 PM to the PFAIU Headquarters in Ramallah. 2. Quotations should remain valid for at least 60 days after the submission deadline. 3. The quoted prices must be fixed for the entire duration of the contract and should not be subject to adjustments unless offering price reductions. 4. Prices should be in EURO and not include VAT. 5. Prices must include delivery to PFAIU, along with installation, setup, and downloading all programs. 6. Payment will be issued within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. 7. Please sign and stamp all pages of the offer, including the annexes. 8. PFAIU will award the contract to the supplier whose quotation has been determined to be responsive to all conditions. 9.
