Expression of Interest for Replacement of OCC Mimic Panel Display System. The scope of the Works for Contract C5980-25E includes: a) Replace the existing 99 units of Digital Light Processing displays on the Mimic wall with LED P1.25 (or better) Flip COB displays. b) Replace the existing 12 units of 46 LCD monitors on the TV wall located behind the Mimic wall for displaying Operation Information. c) Replace the existing Digicom Ark Signal Processor and Digicom Magic workstation. d) Provide a tablet-type control panel for the Operators to select the OCC mimic screen arrangement. e) Include all software and hardware plus interfaces to allow flexible display of videos and other contents on demand. f) Ensure no downtime during the transition from the existing Mimic Panel Display System to the new system. A temporary solution is acceptable. g) Install cabinets, cables, and cable containment if necessary. h) Decommission and remove the exiting Mimic panel, LCD monitor, structure, processor, controller, and associated components. i) Remove all equipment and reinstate the floor and wall finishes to match existing. j) Provide O&M manual, as-built drawings, spare parts, and training for operators and maintainers. k) Provide 12 months Defects Liability Period for the Works. l) Provide 5 years warranty for the LCD/LED monitors. m) Ensure a minimum service lifetime of 10 years.
