The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Set Of Stage Monitors And Amplifiers With The Management Processor And System Tuning For The Polish Theater In Bielsko-Biała At Ul. 1May 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Content Of Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Contract And Transfer The Ownership Right To The Employer. The Contractor Will Ensure Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Unloading, Bringing At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Will Install The Supplied Device And Then Verify The Basic Efficiency (First Start) Of The Device At The Facility At Ul. 1 Maja 1 In Bielsko-Biała. 3. Delivery, Assembly And Verification Of Basic Efficiency Will Take Place On Dates And Hours Set With The Employer. 4. After Delivery, The Employer Requires Assembly And The Contractor To Verify The Basic Efficiency (First Launch) Of All Devices That Make Up The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Presence Of The Employers Employees. 5. The Supplied Device Must Be Factory -New, Non -Exposed At Exhibitions Or Market Events, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Work, And Must Also Be In Line With The Minimum Technical And Utility Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Along With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Submit Complete Documentation And Certificates As Well As Catalog Cards For The Device. 7. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Provide A Free Warranty Service During The Warranty Period On The Terms Described In The Swz Content And In The Content Of The Draft Contract Attached To Swz.8. If There Are Terms Indicating Trademarks In Swz Or Attachments To It, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Devices. Wherever The Contracting Authority Describes The Subject Of The Contract Through A Reference To European Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 9. The Employer As Equivalent Allows Such Solutions That Guarantee Equivalent Technical And Technological Parameters, Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Requirements. 10. If The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Documentation, But Does Not Provide Minimal Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Which Is Functionally Suitable For The Demand Required.
